I found the staff very warm from arrival. I appreciated the hotel location. It allowed easy access to shopping on Grafton Street. I also liked the short walk to the Temple Bar area.

The room's window didn't open that far. I found it a bit stuffy.

The staff appears prompt, helpful, AND friendly upon request. Concierge services felt quick to collect me from a taxi. Front desk personnel proved quick when checking me in. They also had my bags in my room.
